Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to sell products and services while managing order processing, quotes, and delivery dates. Educate customers on HVAC terminology, features, and benefits to generate new and repeat sales, then monitor shipment dates and coordinate with manufacturing and vendors for timely delivery. Assist with warranties, returns, and problem resolution by collaborating with the Branch Manager to adhere to organizational policies. Maintain records, prepare sales reports, and periodically survey customer satisfaction. Expand knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends while working under supervision with high-volume traffic.
Required Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable of the organization's policies, procedures, practices, products and services
- Some knowledge of HVAC equipment/products is required
- 3 – 6 years of progressive sales experience
- 3 plus years in the HVAC industry
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to explain fairly technical parts of information clearly
- Must be able to effectively & timely communicate via e-mail with customers & accurately input orders
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external customers and employees
- Ability to understand and follow procedures, work instructions, and company policies
- Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States

- Ability to deal with high-volume customer traffic
