Job Summary
CSR II will manage customer purchase orders and releases, maintain customer backlog, verify part number revisions in the system, and coordinate with production, purchasing, and outside sales. The role includes entering production work orders, backing up order-entry and receptionist duties, serving as a liaison between production and customer service, entering ASNs, supporting RFQ entry and quotes, handling customer follow-up on quotations and literature, coordinating with Quality for PPAP/ISIR requirements, and handling irate customers. Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills are essential, with the ability to work independently or in a team within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years' Customer Service experience
- Experience working with data and order entry
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
