Job Summary
CSR delivers exceptional customer experience, manages relationships with customers and insurance companies, and provides administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle repairs, retrieving insurance assignments, preparing repair order work packets, recording communications with customers/insurance partners, updating rental information, and managing ARMS and CCC One systems. Requires strong attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, general office and computer skills, and good verbal/written communication with a sales-driven customer service mindset. Valid driver’s license required.
