Job Summary
Customer Service Representative duties include greeting customers, promoting in-store specials, enrolling customers in the loyalty program, processing transactions using a POS system, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with vendor check-ins and invoicing, and ensuring gas bay/pumps area is clean. Requires standing/walking throughout shift, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bending/kneeling/twisting, ladder/climb ability, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and be authorized to work in the U.S.; prior retail or food service experience and a professional demeanor are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register, count cash back per transaction, and balance register at shift change.
- Previous experience in retail or food service industry.
