Job Summary
Assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions, and maintain security of cash and company assets. Keep the store well-stocked by receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and restocking in accordance with productivity standards. Ensure a positive, safe environment by maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors, and managing trash. Perform other duties as assigned while following operational documents and meeting physical demands for lifting between 30 and 50 lbs. This role offers medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance, plus an Employee Assistance Program and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
