Job Summary
CSR/Dispatcher role at PatchitUP Drywall (Frisco, TX) focusing on coordinating schedules and dispatching technicians using ServiceTitan, handling scheduling and rescheduling, maintaining time-keeping and booking rates, following up on estimates, monitoring lead quality, and ensuring rapid lead response (within 5 minutes). In-office initially with potential to move to remote after systems proficiency. Requires strong communication, coordination with customers and management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced home-service environment. Work hours 7:30 am–4:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceTitan software experience preferred
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Experience scheduling and dispatching for a home service company preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
