Job Summary
This Client Service Representative position involves working directly with clients in a busy, client-facing environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and presenting fees and treatment plans. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in an animal hospital, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills.
