CSR Associate

Provide quick, courteous customer service at a Munfordville store, operating POS and handling money, stocking merchandise, building displays, suggestive selling, and assisting customers. Demonstrate basic arithmetic and computer skills, read/write English, and maintain a neat, uniform appearance. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, tolerate stress, adapt to change, and train/mentor new employees. Role emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and high-quality customer interactions while following company programs and policies. Responsibilities include assisting in training, serving customers at fuel island if applicable, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the store.
