Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly customer service at Triumph Energy’sOtwell Sunoco location with a focus on courteous interactions, accurate cash handling, and merchandising. Responsibilities include operating POS equipment (including lottery and credit card transactions), stocking and cleaning, building displays, suggestive selling, and assisting in training and development of new employees. Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to handle fast-paced periods while maintaining a neat appearance and adherence to company policies. Education requires 8th grade or equivalent retail experience; training requirements must be satisfactorily completed. Physical duties include lifting up to ~25 pounds and standing for extended periods. The role emphasizes guest-focused service, problem-solving, and reliable performance in both full-time and part-time shifts.
