Job Summary
Delivery of fast, friendly customer service at a Triumph Energy Shell location, operating POS equipment including lottery and credit card transactions, handling merchandising tasks, and assisting with training and onboarding of new employees. Responsibilities include courteous customer interaction, efficient service, data collection, stock and cleaning duties, building displays, and applying the GUEST approach. Requires basic arithmetic, reading/writing English, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and engage in intermittent physical tasks during shifts. Two shift options exist: Full Time 2nd shift or Part Time 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- 8th grade or equivalent retail experience; strong interpersonal skills
- Satisfactory achievement of company training requirements
- Education and Experience Requirements: 8th grade or equivalent retail experience; strong interpersonal skills
- Physical Requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for up to eight hours
