CSR Associate

CSR Associate at Triumph Energy responsible for fast, friendly customer service at the Dudley Rd. Shell location across all shifts. Duties include operating the POS, handling money and credit transactions, stocking and displaying merchandise, and providing high-quality service with a GUEST approach. Requires basic arithmetic, reading/writing, cash-handling abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor newer employees. Physical duties include lifting up to ~25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing maintenance tasks as needed. Education requirement is 8th grade or equivalent retail experience; no degree required.
