Job Summary
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling moves, resolving issues, updating CRM/dispatching systems, coordinating with dispatchers and moving crews, and assisting with invoicing and general administrative support. You will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, provide accurate information about services and pricing, follow up on appointments, and contribute to a smooth service delivery experience through strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in logistics, moving, or home services
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
