CSOT-Senior Technical Sales Representative-Lanzhou

Promote and sell Medtronic products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets, while developing long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals. Pursue leads, assess needs, and conduct market research on customers and competitors to implement development plans. Establish product education and communicate customer feedback regarding new or modified applications to internal stakeholders including R&D and Marketing. Manage large accounts involving multiple team members, securing product distributions and maintaining effective agreements. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other sales professionals, and influence external suppliers and vendors through advanced negotiation and presentations to close sales.
