Job Summary
CSOT-Key Account Supervisor position at Medtronic in Chongqing. Responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic products and services within assigned geographic area and/or key accounts, developing and strengthening relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize benefits. Requires market research, development and adjustment of market strategies, communicating customer feedback to R&D/Operations/Marketing, and advancement of sales plans to meet targets. Demonstrates leadership in managing large accounts, guiding other sales professionals as needed, and driving adoption of products in healthcare settings. Relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences preferred; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to operate with limited supervision and to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience
- Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
