Job Summary
Lead over professional/technical staff in program activities; perform professional, administrative and analytical work to promote planning, operation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs administered by the Department; conduct research and field work; provide information to certified laboratories on certification procedures; review and process certification applications; evaluate proficiency test results and prepare evaluation reports; track PT requirements; utilize NJEMS and WEBI and MS Office (Excel/Word/Office 365); assist with development of PT evaluation procedures and improvements to application processes; prepare related correspondence and handle inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Six years of professional experience in planning, monitoring, coordinating, implementing, modifying, and/or evaluating agency programs and services.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and two years of professional experience.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline appropriate to the position; and one year of professional experience.
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States per DHS/USCIS regulations.
- NJ residency requirement for new hires within one year of employment.
