Job Summary
Facilitator responsible for family facilitation, mediation, conflict resolution, strengths-based assessment and planning within the Wraparound model; works with youth and families across multiple counties (Jackson, Roane, Wirt, Calhoun) under Trauma-Informed practices and related trainings (CANS, CAPS, Trauma-Focused CBT). Requires a 4-year degree in social work or related field, relevant experience, ability to collaborate with a team, manage a caseload up to 12 youth/families, and flex scheduling; hybrid work arrangement in Vienna, WV.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with appropriate licensure
- Two years relevant experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
