CSE Solution Engineer - Modernization

CSE Solution Engineer for Modernization provides technical support to the sales team to develop, sell and implement KONE products and service solutions. Responsibilities include ownership of the order handling process: defining specifications, details, dimensions, AutoCAD layout drawings, and estimating delivery times and costs; handling customer technical questions; supporting Sales and Operations with technical issues; coordinating with project design teams, contractors, architects, and owners; providing technical and costing support in tendering; coordinating specifications and delivery with supply, sourcing, or subcontractors; site surveys and solution engineering; organizing the order process and documentation; creating project plans and ensuring on-schedule delivery; managing drawings and technical documents; specifying materials; arranging purchasing; and handing over to Operations, with adherence to ISO procedures. The role requires a mechanical engineering background (degree or diploma) with at least 3 years in a technical role, AutoCAD proficiency, IT literacy, and strong communication in English. Hybrid working is offered.
