Job Summary
The Customer Sales Executive (CSE) – Away From Home leads Hershey’s strategic partnership with Compass Group and its affiliates (including Canteen, Foodbuy, and franchise partners). Own the end-to-end commercial relationship, driving sales growth, trade investment, forecasting discipline, promotional execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Requires strong customer leadership, financial rigor, and the ability to manage complex trade and payment structures across multiple distributors and channels. Serves as the enterprise voice for Compass within Hershey and ensures alignment across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Category, and Marketing. Major duties include strategic account leadership and sales growth, trade investment and financial stewardship, forecasting and supply alignment, and broker/ cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of sales or commercial experience in CPG or AFH
- Proven ability to manage complex national accounts
- Strong financial acumen and trade management experience
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
