Job Summary
Monitor and drive compliance to the Customer Implementation framework, ensuring billing readiness and profitability-critical requirements are met. Identify risks in control hygiene, document gaps, and partner with product and operations teams to implement mitigation plans. Provide visibility on Regional Health Metrics, validate adherence to RASCI, and drive corrective actions for job costing and file management gaps. Review internal controls and operational systems to ensure reconciliation and protect revenue assurance. Participate in system deployments and process reviews to support transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance
- 8+ years of Finance professional experience
- Strong financial and data analysis skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive results
- Comfortable with conflict and difficult conversations
- Strong process control and improvement mindset
- Expertise in risk assessment
- Working knowledge of ERP or operational system
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with resilience and a proactive approach
Desired Qualifications
- excellent finance acumen from relevant work experience
- Required minimum 8+ years of Finance professional, experience in internal control environment is an advantage
- Specialization in LCL product
