Job Summary
Monitor and drive compliance to the Customer Implementation framework, ensuring billing readiness and profitability-critical requirements are met. Review and analyze business control hygiene to identify gaps in job costing, file management, and RASCI adherence, then partner with product and operations teams to develop and close mitigation action plans. Provide visibility on regional Health Metrics by performing profitability completeness checks and driving corrective actions to improve revenue and cost assurance. Participate in system and process deployments, conducting periodic reviews of operational and financial systems to ensure reconciliation and validate adherence to defined control requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance
- 8+ years of Finance professional experience
- Strong financial and data analysis skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive results
- Comfortable with conflict and difficult conversations
- Strong process control and improvement mindset
- Expertise in risk assessment
- Working knowledge of ERP or operational system
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with resilience and a proactive approach
Desired Qualifications
- excellent finance acumen from relevant work experience
- Required minimum 8+ years of Finance professional, experience in internal control environment is an advantage
- Specialization in LCL product
