Job Summary
Assist customers with questions and recommendations while managing sales transactions and maintaining cash security. Keep the store well-stocked by receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and replenishing inventory. Maintain a positive environment through cleaning tasks including floor sweeping, bathroom restocking, and trash removal. Ensure a safe, respectful atmosphere while interacting professionally with customers and associates. Perform other duties as assigned per supervisor instructions. Part-time role located in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
