Job Summary
Optimize project costs, implement value engineering, and produce detailed cost plans/estimates for client budgets. Analyze tenders to secure best market rates, close out commercial change orders, and perform interim valuations using EVM to ensure accurate contractor payments. Forecast cash flow/accruals, liaise with the client's financial team, and assist in final account agreements while managing claims. Deliver all outputs accurately and timely on an 80MW hyperscale data centre project in Farciennes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural estimating
- Experience in tender evaluations
- Experience in onsite cost controls
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
- Experience in Data-Centres, Battery Manufacturing, Life Science, or Semi Conductor projects
- Have a degree or comparable experience
- Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes
- Must have the legal right to work already
- Are fluent in English language both orally and written
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
