Job Summary
CSA Project Manager / Superintendent sought for large-scale Advanced Manufacturing / Technology construction project in West Lafayette, Indiana. Lead CSA safety performance, define objectives related to safety, scope, schedule, site management, quality, subcontractor change control, logistics, and coordination; act as CSA owner’s representative with General Contractor; coordinate with design teams for constructability input; manage RFIs and submittals; ensure punch list completion, commissioning, validation, and room readiness; maintain records and mitigate CSA-related risks. Requires 10+ years of electrical construction experience in industrial/semiconductor environments; strong leadership, communication, and familiarity with CSA principles; proficiency in Primavera P6; and knowledge of safety standards (NFPA, OSHA). Preferred BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction within industrial or engineering projects, preferably supporting pharmaceutical, oil and gas, semiconductor, or manufacturing facilities
- Strong working knowledge of CSA principles, industry best practices, and applicable standards
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and project specifications
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving complex CSA issues during construction, commissioning, and operations
- Thorough familiarity with applicable safety regulations, codes, and standards, including NFPA, OSHA and others
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and software tools used to manage schedule, cost, and execution
- Experience supporting commissioning, validation, and start-up, room readiness, FOH, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
