Job Summary
Lead CSA delivery strategies across the project lifecycle, overseeing works from design development through construction, fit-out readiness, and handover. Coordinate daily with MEPH PM, contractor teams, and package leads to manage interfaces, resolve blockers, and verify site readiness for downstream installation activities. Monitor progress against critical path milestones, track RFIs and technical queries, and update risk registers and issue logs. Produce weekly and monthly executive reports covering programme, quality, safety, and readiness status for senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in CSA project management on major construction projects
- Experience delivering or overseeing civil, structural and architectural works on large, complex developments
- Knowledge of external works
- Knowledge of core and shell delivery
- Knowledge of building envelope systems
- Knowledge of drainage
- Knowledge of weathertightness
- Knowledge of fit-out readiness
- Experience coordinating general contractors
- Experience coordinating design consultants
- Experience coordinating utility providers
- Experience coordinating statutory stakeholders
- Experience coordinating specialist contractors
- Strong capability in programme monitoring
- Strong capability in risk management
- Strong capability in technical assurance

- Ability to operate effectively in a client-side role with multiple stakeholders and complex interfaces

Desired Qualifications
- Experience on data centre, mission critical, industrial or similarly complex infrastructure / building projects
- Experience working in environments with significant interface dependencies between CSA, MEPH, OFCI, power and commissioning
- Familiarity with formal contract administration and project correspondence processes in a major project environment
