CSA Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Job Summary

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects while analyzing and tracking critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. Verify project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, ensuring best practices are applied across multiple construction projects. Produce formal project status reports, monitor progress against approved design standards, and manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. Forecast and update key milestones and budgets, provide technical support to owners and general contractors, and respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. Offer expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability, conducting independent reviews of status reports, drawings, and costs. Develop strong client relationships to maximize opportunities and provide strategic advice on achieving client and business objectives. Capture project learnings for knowledge management and identify ways to improve internal systems and processes. SOX control responsibilities may apply. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering required with proficiency in Procore and project management tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
  • Strong organizational and management skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • On-site presence

  • Experience with civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) projects
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Experience managing stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains
  • Experience analyzing, tracking, and managing critical milestone activities
  • Experience applying best practice on projects
  • Experience producing formal project status reports
  • Experience monitoring the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing the interface between suppliers
  • Experience managing the flow of project information between project teams
  • Experience forecasting and updating key project milestones and budget
  • Experience managing and monitoring local design teams
  • Experience providing technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders
  • Experience responding to RFIs from the field
  • Experience providing expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
  • Experience conducting independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs
  • Experience developing excellent working relationships with Clients
  • Experience providing strategic advice to project teams
  • Experience with knowledge management
  • Experience with process improvement
