Job Summary
CSA Project Manager leads CSA packages (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) for a major data centre project. Responsible for managing cost, schedule, and budgets; overseeing CSA work packages; coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; tracking milestones; reviewing proposals and scopes of work; leading client meetings; reporting on costs and progress; coordinating with MEP and commissioning to ensure seamless integration; ensuring timely delivery of materials and finishes; supervising quality control and documentation for handover and close-out; requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 10+ years’ experience in main contracting with CSA delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, or Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in main contracting environment
- Proven experience delivering CSA works on large-scale projects, ideally within the Data Centre or high-tech industrial sectors
- Strong technical understanding of CSA works
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and cost control for fast-track environments
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams
- Commercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
