Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Experience in civil, structural, and architectural design and construction phases
• •Subject matter expertise in civil, structural, and architectural design and construction phases
• •Ability to oversee quality assurance processes, including concrete testing, steel inspections, and building envelope integrity checks
• •Ability to lead value engineering efforts to optimize CSA system costs while maintaining structural integrity, performance, and reliability
• •Ability to provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
• •Ability to maintain comprehensive records for project schedules, compliance activities, and metrics
• •Ability to deliver post-project reports summarizing lessons learned, remaining actions, and recommendations
• •Ability to work closely with contractors, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders
• •Ability to ensure all CSA construction activities fully comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and CloudHQ standards
• •Ability to enforce strict adherence to contractor safety protocols during all phases of construction
• •Ability to promote a culture of safety on site and work closely with HSE teams
• •Ability to integrate sustainability practices and energy-efficient design principles into CSA works
• •Ability to plan and manage the execution of civil, structural, and architectural works from site preparation through building completion
• •Ability to review construction drawings and specifications for compliance and constructability
• •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges during execution
• •Ability to oversee and monitor project-specific plans for CSA scopes, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and cost management
• •Ability to coordinate with general contractors to ensure CSA materials procurement, delivery, and installation align with construction milestones
• •Ability to conduct on-site inspections, monitoring progress and ensuring work adheres to designs, contracts, and applicable building codes
• •Ability to facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring risks are identified early and mitigation plans are implemented effectively
• •Ability to manage relationships with general contractors, vendors, and suppliers for CSA works
• •Ability to monitor and evaluate contractor performance, addressing issues to ensure successful project delivery
• •Ability to ensure CSA materials and components are delivered on time and meet quality standards specified in the project scope
• •Ability to ensure all CSA works meet CloudHQ's technical standards, tenant-specific requirements, and compliance with local codes and sustainability regulations
• •Ability to ensure seamless delivery of robust and scalable infrastructure for mission-critical facilities
• •Ability to manage all aspects of CSA delivery, including site preparation, foundations, structural steel, building envelope, and architectural finishes
• •Ability to maintain safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with industry regulations
• •Ability to work across Europe
