Job Summary
Lead Civil/Structural engineering across the project lifecycle for the Datacenter unit: oversee design, planning, calculation, and installation execution planning; prepare detailed execution documents (drawings, functional descriptions, bill of quantities) for procurement and clarify questions during execution; ensure budget, quality, and deadlines; support project management with schedules; coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance; manage interfaces between trades; leverage expert knowledge in civil and structural works from design to handover; requires degree in civil/structural field and several years of leadership experience in large-scale civil/structural projects; English and German proficiency; mobile/remote working possible within Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Infrastructure Management or a comparable technical field of study
- Several years' experience in leading the design of Civil and Structural solutions in large scale projects
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Engineering, Design and Construction Civil and Structural works from Preliminary Design to Commissioning and Handover
- Technical knowledge and understanding of project execution processes in a fast-track environment
- Local construction knowledge
- Excellent English and German language skills
