Job Summary
Oversee civil, structural, and architectural aspects of data center construction projects during design, procurement, and execution phases. Review and approve design documents, chair client meetings, and manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors. Establish and monitor risk registers, conduct site quality audits, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and commissioning processes while reporting weekly on scope, budget, and schedule status. Lead the General Contractor in preparing handover schedules and drive defect resolution to meet project turn-over requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
- Extensive experience in CSA roles, particularly in the relevant industry (e.g., data centers, industrial & pharmaceutical)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of CSA design principles and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools
