Provide frontline customer service to passengers on NSW Intercity services; assist passengers needing help, operate high-tech mobile apps, coordinate with train crew, and keep the station in tip-top shape. You’ll join one of Australia’s largest operational service delivery teams and gain hands-on experience while prioritising safety. Expect rotating shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays, with both part-time and full-time permanent opportunities available.
