CSA Engineer

Job Summary
Coordinate Civil, Structural, and Architectural works across the project lifecycle, reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure safe, on-programme delivery. Monitor site progress, attend engineering and planning meetings, and liaise with the design team to track RFIs and resolve coordination issues. Assist subcontractors and supervisors with daily site activities, including setting out, checking works, and verifying dimensions. Manage site QA/QC processes, maintain documentation, and support commercial management by tracking variations and progress claims. Close out snagging items and report programme status to senior engineers. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline
- Minimum 3+ years' experience within the CSA construction sector
- Experience working on Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of construction projects
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site practices
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and coordinate with subcontractors
- Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is advantageous
