CSA Engineer - AMS

Job Summary
Oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of works on large-scale data centre projects, ensuring quality, safety, and programme requirements are consistently achieved. Check works carried out to maintain quality control against approved benchmarks and manage site documentation. Liaise with subcontractors to track progress, coordinate meetings, and review drawings with the design team to solve issues. Actively monitor contractor works, raise snag lists on the approved platform, and issue close-out reports to ensure zero defects. Attend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, and Handover Meetings while managing QA coordination. Based on site in Amsterdam, this role supports Europe's largest data centre projects within a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally on large-scale construction or data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of CSA construction methodologies, QA/QC processes, and Health & Safety compliance
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage works to programme
- Competent in reading, reviewing, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in IT, with experience using construction management platforms for snagging, documentation, and reporting
- The role will be based on site on our project in Amsterdam
