Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct construction activities for structures, facilities, and systems while conferring with supervisors, owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve work procedures and construction problems. Assist project delivery strategies by scheduling logical steps, managing budgets, and coordinating procurement, contractor selection, and contract paperwork. Lead weekly meetings, prepare progress reports, review contractor payments, monitor cost reports, and coordinate QA/QC, safety plans, and building permit processes. Manage punch lists and project close-outs while maintaining compliance with codes. Requires a bachelor's degree in construction, seven years of experience, a state license, OSHA training, and proficiency in project scheduling software.

- Bachelors degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field

- strong construction estimating skills
- strong knowledge of construction and procurement strategies
- proficiency with project scheduling software
- ability to navigate Web-based construction management software
- thorough understanding and utilization of Information Technology including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- building construction/state license
- 30 hour training in OSHA safety requirements
- CMAA/PMI
