Job Summary
The Facilities CSA Engineer at Micron Technology will understand and optimize safe construction and equipment design across various projects. Responsibilities include creating plans that comply with safety and environmental standards, managing projects by controlling scope, budget, and schedule, performing quality control based on statistical data, and utilizing AI for business improvement. Essential qualifications include over five years of safety-related experience in manufacturing, knowledge of civil and architectural principles, and the proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years of practical experience related to safety in manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of civil engineering and architecture
- Knowledge of building ancillary facilities
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to create visualizations using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Experience utilizing AI (Python, web programming languages, etc.)
- Practical experience in a semiconductor factory or with partner companies
Desired Qualifications
- English communication skills for practical use (conference calls, presentations, etc.)
- Public safety-related qualifications such as safety certifications
