CSA/Architectural QA- Semiconductor

Job Summary
Architectural QA for semiconductor facilities: perform regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and contract documents; conduct QC inspections on finishes, walls, drywall, RMF and Clean Room components; document QA activities and generate reports; collaborate with subcontractors, superintendents, engineering staff, consultants, and owners’ representatives; participate in project meetings and strategy sessions; provide final architectural QA on installations and address technical questions during project execution; must understand reinforced concrete and masonry structures and be able to read structural blueprints and current codes; professional certification or journeyman carpenter experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years Architectural experience
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry
- Knowledgeable and experienced in construction and inspection standards related to reinforced concrete and masonry structures
- Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements
- Professional Certificate or Journeyman Carpenter experience preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for all aspects of Clean Room builds
- Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards
