Job Summary
Manage social contentieux before social courts, including individual and collective disputes such as termination challenges, requalification requests, and trade union representation contests. Handle work-related injury and disease cases before the judicial tribunal and provide legal counsel to Renault subsidiaries on termination procedures, incapacity, and IRP matters. Draft judicial decision syntheses, develop internal training materials, and update legal support resources for client teams. This six-month stage begins January 2027 for a Master 2 graduate in social law.
Required Qualifications
- Master 2 in Social Law/Labor Law/Practice of Labor Relations
- Search for a PPI internship within the framework of your law school
- Internship duration of 6 months
- Internship start date of January 2027
