Job Summary
Conduct client visits to manage information security and organize product information delivery. Track customer orders and coordinate related services while relaying client feedback to internal departments. Execute leadership-assigned tasks and adhere to export control policies including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC compliance for manufacturing floor access and vendor approvals. Maintain badge differentiation protocols for foreign persons and follow authorization procedures for facility entry.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
- being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
- recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
- understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
- understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
- manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
