Job Summary
Manage EMEA & CN region illumination product inquiries, maintain order backlogs, and coordinate shipping arrangements. Handle customer satisfaction requests, track RMA issues to closure, and process ship, debit, and stock rotation claims. Serve as the primary bridge between customers and internal teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges. Requires one year of order fulfillment or CS experience, strong English proficiency, and familiarity with SAP.
