Job Summary
ASML seeks a CS Site Manager to establish ASML’s first site in India (Gujarat, Dholera) and lead a start-up to ramp-up, driving site operations, service delivery, installed-base performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role requires building a high-performing team, aligning with local and global account teams, external suppliers, and customer stakeholders, developing short- and long-term operational plans, managing costs and KPIs, and ensuring readiness for new product introductions through continuous improvement and capability development. Strong leadership, strategic and operational thinking, stakeholder management, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential, with fluent English and experience in multinational environments preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field
- 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry
- senior management experience in leading site operations (greenfield/start-up environments)
- experience in customer service field operations
- strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- fluency in English
- working location: India office / customer site (Gujarat, Dholera)
- open, transparent, and collaborative leadership style
