Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service administration, providing updates on status, parts availability, and delivery timelines. Maintain accurate administrative records for tool calibration and logistics, generate standardized service and logistics reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and identify process gaps.
