Job Summary
Senior CS Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer responsible for executing system upgrades, installations and relocations at customer sites, providing technical support across CS activities, and coaching junior engineers. Key duties include problem analysis and approach, problem handovers and data/documentation packaging, equipment installation and alignment, upgrade execution and recovery, planning procedures with customers, and driving process improvements. Requires hands-on experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, ability to analyze information, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and train customers in equipment use and non-routine maintenance. Skills emphasized include pneumatic/hydraulic/electronic systems, semiconductor processes, data analysis, documentation, customer communication, and knowledge transfer across teams. Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductor industry required
- Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics and semiconductor processes
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
