Job Summary
Senior EUV Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to execute system upgrade installations and relocations at customer sites (Taichung, Taiwan). Responsibilities include problem analysis, information gathering, handovers to 2nd/3rd/3rd line support, installation and upgrade of equipment, coordinating parts/tools, and providing training and knowledge transfer to customers. The role requires carrying out procedures with adherence to design specifications, communicating with customers to schedule machine time windows, and ensuring proper issue resolution in collaboration with the project leader. Qualifications include a BSc in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience, semiconductor industry experience, and specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics related to semiconductor processes. Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience in semiconductor industry
- Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics, and semiconductor processes

- Ability to perform problem analysis, installation, upgrade, and relocation tasks at customer sites
- Access to controlled technology; must meet regulatory access requirements prior to employment
