Job Summary
Senior EUV Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer responsible for installing, upgrading, and relocating ASML lithography systems at customer sites. Executes system upgrade and installation activities, performs relocations, provides technical support for CS tasks, and manages information transfer to customers. Key duties include problem analysis and approach definition, handover of problems to 2nd/3rd line support with complete documentation, on-site equipment installation and testing, execution of hardware upgrades and system setup, and proactive identification of bottlenecks. Responsibilities also cover procedures planning with customers, securing parts/tools/information, driving process improvements, and coaching junior engineers. Requires a BSc in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, semiconductor industry experience, and specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, or electronics, plus strong data-analysis and communication skills; travel and collaboration across diverse teams are essential. Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in semiconductor industry
- Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics, and semiconductor processes
- Experience with data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Ability to work in fast paced and ambiguous environments with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to install, upgrade, and relocate ASML systems
- Ability to coach and train junior engineers
- Willingness to travel as required
