Job Summary
Support assigned campuses across Life Enrichment, Memory Care, and Independent Living operations to ensure alignment with company standards and resident experience goals. Partner with divisional and interdisciplinary leaders to deliver training, coaching, quality oversight, and consistency while assisting campuses in identifying opportunities for operational improvement and innovation. Provide education and operational support related to documentation, assessments, care planning, and resident engagement processes. Participate in hiring selections, mock surveys, audits, and customer satisfaction initiatives as requested. Coordinate divisional resident trips and establish relationships with community organizations and advocacy groups. Maintain compliance with regulatory expectations and operational best practices while advancing whole-person wellness initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist preferred
- Dementia-related certifications such as ADC, ACC, or CDP preferred
