Job Summary
Conduct regular and irregular maintenance on ASML systems at customer sites with considerable independence. Perform problem analysis by gathering relevant information, analyzing diagnostics, and executing repairs through tool usage, part replacement, and setting adjustments. Handover complex issues to second-line support while documenting work orders, field service reports, and technical data. Train customers on equipment use, routine maintenance, and procedure corrections. Signal optimization opportunities to stakeholders and share best practices within the work group. Provide coaching to less experienced engineers on initial tasks.
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in relevant Technical Field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Experience in technical industry
- Experience in semiconductor industry
- Experience in using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Complete knowledge on product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor industry prefered
