Job Summary
Technical Trainer for EUV Training Center in Tainan delivering instructor-led and blended learning across classrooms and cleanrooms; responsibilities include operating and maintaining training content, onboarding engineers, and collaborating with global developers to translate field issues into curricula. Candidates should have strong English communication, facilitation, coaching, and the ability to translate complex semiconductor concepts into clear training material; willingness to travel internationally and work in shift-based schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience in technical training delivery, teaching, or learning facilitation
- Background in field service, system maintenance, process engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Experience with blended learning or adult education methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of ASML systems or EUV technology is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learnable content
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams
- Passion for teaching, learning, and continuous improvement
