Job Summary
EUV Power Technical Support Engineer in Tainan focused on diagnosing and resolving EUV source power issues to ensure uptime and yield. Responsibilities include monitoring EUV power and stability, performing root-cause analysis on performance degradations (laser, droplets, collector, vacuum, diagnostics), leading investigations, providing on-site and remote support, communicating findings to customers and internal teams, and contributing to preventive maintenance, knowledge documentation, and training materials. Key skills include deep knowledge of EUV source architecture and power systems, advanced troubleshooting, RCA, data analysis of system logs and sensor data, and experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role involves cross-site knowledge sharing, developing optimization strategies, and complying with controlled-technology access requirements. Education and experience requirement specifies a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1-2+ years of relevant EUV knowledge is preferred.
