Job Summary
Senior Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to install, upgrade, and relocate ASML lithography systems at customer sites, coordinating with CS teams and customers. Responsibilities include problem analysis and information gathering, handovers to 2nd/3rd line support, on-site installation and testing of equipment and new features, executing upgrade packages, planning procedural steps with customers, ensuring timely parts/tools availability, driving process improvements, and training customers on usage and non-routine maintenance. The role requires independent action planning, cross-team collaboration, and coaching of junior engineers; export-controlled technology access is a consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductor industry
- Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics and semiconductor processes
- Experience with data analysis tools and common office software
- Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
