Job Summary
Execute Incident Management, Compliance Management, and JSA/Risk Management processes while conducting inspections and audits. Analyze MOP data and reporting dashboards in myEHS to ensure data completeness and drive EHS improvements at the factory location. Advise stakeholders on technical competence areas including laser safety, electrical safety, and hazardous materials based on standardized procedures. Support EHS culture initiatives by drafting communication materials and enhancing safety protocols within the operational environment. Requires Safety Forman certification and proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced EHS Specialist
- at least Bachelor degree
- working knowledge of the EHS function
- profound knowledge of the theoretical background
- Ability to work in a dynamic operational business environment
- Customer focus (internal or external)
- Communicates effectively to stakeholders
- provides constructive feedback
- listens carefully to any feedback given
- Drives results to ensure EHS improvements
- Can communicate in both Japanese and English
- Safety Forman certified
- legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
