CS E-Invoicing Expert (all genders)

The CS E-Invoicing Expert will serve as the subject-matter authority on e-invoicing across fiskaly's markets, leading and supporting customer-facing pre-sales conversations, and enabling the CS team with actionable guidance. You will monitor regulatory changes across European markets, translate them into practical guidance, create and review AI-assisted content (articles, guides, training materials, and videos), and validate AI outputs before release. You’ll bridge Sales, CS, and customers in a highly regulated environment, fluent in Peppol, EN16931, and country-specific mandates, while actively using AI tools to research, draft, and deliver accurate insights. The role requires collaboration across markets, mentorship of the CS team, and the ability to adapt to regulatory complexity, all while operating from Austria or a remote EU location. The position includes a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for growth, with a focus on delivering clear, actionable, and compliant e-invoicing guidance for diverse markets.
